Deivi Sanchez

I'm a multidisciplinary visual artist from Venezuela, currently based in Central Florida, with a background in Computer Science. My work focuses on traditional painting—primarily in oil and acrylic, using classical glazing techniques (veladuras) and a palette inspired by academic tradition. Since 2017, my artistic path has been shaped by mentors such as Ernesto Alarcón, Omar Ortiz, and Alberto Gómez-Gómez, whose teachings have deeply informed my technical and expressive approach. I explore emotional depth through a balance of classical methods and contemporary experimentation. I'm also a member of Crisopeya, a creative and theater collective, and part of The Nucleus Program's adult choir, reflecting my connection to community and interdisciplinary creation.
