I specialize in Creativity...
Annie Espejo Acosta
Years in the arts: 16+
Roles: Artist · Curator · Creative Director
I wear many hats, but they all point in the same direction: art that connects, moves, and leaves something behind. Born in Peru and raised in New Jersey, I migrated with my mother at the age four and grew up surrounded by creatives. My path to art wasn't traditional. I built my foundation by learning through every job and every experience, becoming as self-sustainable as the craft I was quietly developing.
My turning point came when a job relocation took me to Memphis, Tennessee. I took a leap alone, and far from the familiar. In that space of solitude and self-discovery, I finally dug into the creativity I had been quietly storing away. Those three years became a period of immense artistic growth that continues to shape the way I create today. Now a Central Florida resident since 2020, I have exhibited at CityArts Orlando, Osceola Arts in Kissimmee, and White’s Art Gallery in Miami amongst other galleries, creating work that gives viewers a moment of stillness and serenity. I work across mediums, refuse to be boxed into one style, and over time that freedom has crystallized into something distinctly my own. My Badass Buddha collection stands as my core. It’s a body of work that is equal parts grit and stillness, and the clearest expression of who I am as an artist and a person.

My Mission
I started Common Vibe Art House because I saw too many talented artists creating incredible work with no resources to showcase it, sell it, or truly be seen. As an artist myself, I know what it feels like to have passion, vision, and creativity but still struggle to find real opportunities and genuine community within the art world.

CVAH was built to change that.
My mission is to bridge the gap between local artists, businesses, collectors, and communities by creating intentional spaces where creativity feels accessible, supported, and connected to real life. Whether through curated events, immersive experiences, art placement, or artist development, the goal has always been bigger than just hosting shows. It’s about creating opportunities, building relationships, and helping artists feel valued for what they bring into the world.

At the heart of it all, I believe art belongs everywhere, not hidden behind gallery doors, but woven into the spaces where people live, gather, heal, and connect.
